The Factory is largely well equipped with a top-notch quality machine. These are advanced high-tech testing machines. These machines and instruments are used to confirm the following:
• Safety and proper housekeeping – It is very crucial for maintaining the efficiency of rope in terms of its strength
• Quality process of the incoming material.
• Colour and Strength of rope – The ropes are available in various colors. However, the quality of every rope remains the same. The available color option is yellow, blue, deep green, golden yellow, black, red, white, orange, grey, tiger and light green.
• Stability
• SPC method diameter of the rope
• Standard of the rope
• Final quality dispatch

Important Measures While Processing The Rope And Its Dispatch
• NAPRCO adheres to ASTM D-4268-93 standard method for testing the filament and rope breaking strength.
• NAPRCO procures 100% pure virgin Polyethylene & Polypropylene raw material as per SABIC and other Kingdom manufacturers.
• ISO 9001-2015 Certificate.
• SABIC raw material specifications & standards – NAPRCO utilizes a good management system in line with ISO 9001:2015 standard for the scope of manufacturing & selling plastic ropes in national & international markets.
