National Plastic Ropes Factory is a major manufacturer of plastic ropes & Fishing nets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The factory occupies a vast area of 14000 sq. meters. It produces 9000 tons per annum.
Naprco adheres to the standards and protocols of the ISO 9001-2015 / 14001 – 2015 / 45001 – 2018 quality management system in the country of Saudi Arabia.
Technology Is Used To Manufacture The Goods
Naprco Manufactures the fishing nets and ropes applications, as the market is focused mostly on HDPE grades able to reach two key properties: tenacity and elongation at break. Naprco products are in line today, set about 7.5 gr./D (66.8 cN/tex): these values do already establish a high level of material tenacity.
The latest High Tenacity Extrusion technology is used in the manufacturing process to make rope products in a variety of colors and shapes. These modern methods are used to meet the increasing local and international market clients’ demands and specifications of high tenacity engineering ropes.
Raw Materials Used to Manufacture the Products
The Raw Materials Used To Manufacture The Products Are:
• HDPE- High-Density Polyethylene
• PP- Polypropylene.
The pigment colors used is procured locally as well as from international manufacturers based on their products to our process and standards requirements.
The pigments used to manufacture also comply with ASTM standards. (ASTM – American Standards for Testing Materials)
Our Market share for international customers is about 45% of our sales in 2021.

The national plastic ropes factory co. ltd (Naprco) came into existence in 1996. Recently, it began manufacturing nylon multifilament net for fisheries. It also manufactured twines for agricultural purposes.
